Our Experience
For more than twelve years, founder and owner Al Vetter, SHRM-SCP, has worked as a progressive strategic partner to a wide array of organizations – spanning technology, hospitality, banking, and not-for-profit. Their extensive knowledge and skills make them equipped to guide you through any HR challenge.
Al is lauded as an authentic, inclusive, and passionate leader with exceptional communication skills and a deep appreciation for collaboration. While they have a wealth of knowledge and experience in their field, they also believe in keeping things light-hearted and enjoying the journey.
They are a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management and hold master’s degrees in both business administration and human resources from Ottawa University.
Al is active within their local community, serving as an advisory board member and volunteer coach for the Boys and Girl Club of Greater Kansas City while also volunteering for the Mid America LGBT Chamber, and Ability KC.
